UnitingCare (“UnitedCare”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers and end-users. This page summarizes the data we collect from the UnitedCare website (“Site”) and how we help ensure excellent privacy standards. When you use our site you agree to the data practices as per this policy.
UnitingCare fully complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and respects and protects the privacy of visitors. Customers have rights to access, delete and modify their data.
This site does not publish advertisements, does not use data for the purpose of sending advertising, but makes use of third-party services in order to improve the use of the site.
This site processes data based on user consent which is given by the submission of the consultation form and ebook copy request form.
UnitedCare does not sell any data to third parties and makes clear its responsibilities as a Data Controller and Data Processor under the GDPR.

We may use your Personal Data to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information that may be of interest to you. UnitedCare may also collect email addresses when someone subscribes to our blog, and we fulfill this request by sending product updates and relevant content.
We may also collect information about how the Service is accessed and used (“Usage Data”). UnitedCare does not store any personal information including the user’s name, email, IP address in cookies.
We backup data weekly and all backups are encrypted.

- To gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve our Service
- To monitor the usage of our Service
In the case that customers or individuals request the deletion of their data, UnitedCare will perform this deletion within seven working days.

Google Analytics is the analytics platform that helps us understand what parts of our product users are engaging with.
Google Tag Manager is a tag management platform that helps us to manage the tags or scripts needed on this site in a centralized fashion.
We use Google Cloud as out infrastructure provider.
